Safety of our personnel, co-workers, and fellow project stakeholders is a Core Value at BNR Engineering, LLC. As licensed professionals we have all taken a public oath placing the health, safety, and wellbeing of the public above all else in our designs and business practices. As engineers and scientists striving to improve the human condition, safety becomes a core value of every team member to ensure that our co-workers and their families can enjoy a safe and prosperous life. Our employees and consultants have all received extensive and continuously updated safety training and OSHA best practice safety for construction projects. We have a written safety policy and provide a site-specific health and safety plan (SSHASP) as a submittal to our contract with the client.
We adapt and synchronize our safety program to coincide with that of our client as a part of our SSHASP. While on site we conduct ourselves in accordance with the client’s policy and safety officer. We have a corporate safety committee dedicated to development of policy and procedures. While deployed our team leaders also perform safety officer duties for teams of 10 or less. A dedicated safety officer is provided on an as-needed basis depending on team size and type of deployment
Standards
Our safety policy is written and maintained in accordance with OSHA Standard CFR 29-1926 for construction with abridgements and inclusions of appropriate CFR 29-1910 for industry incorporated for work inside plant facilities.
Further employee State Department and Department of Homeland Security guidelines for domestic and foreign deployment are strictly adhered to.
We incorporate best industry practices into our planning always.

Our security program is administered by a United Sates Federal Certified Clearance Investigator, who is a decorated US veteran, military police officer, and Major in the U.S. Army Reserve, as well as a professional civil engineer
