History and Inception
In 2008 the two principal BNR shareholders, Jeron Rogers, P.E. and Nacer Boutemine, P.E., began a four-year assignment with the government of the Western Region of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a team, over the next four years, Nacer and Jeron managed over 3.2 Billion Dollars in public infrastructure projects devoted to regional development. The heavy civil project series included miles of roadway and related bridge structures, port facilities improvements, buildings, and utilities.
The projects were professionally challenging and included teaming with some of the most talented engineers and construction professionals available in the World today. Having had the experience of true international teamwork and comradery, and realizing the value of the combined, skills experience, and education of the cohesive team of experts under their command, BNR was formed in 2014.
BNR was formed as a disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE), organized as a minority owned limited liability company (LLC), with Jeron Rogers, P.E. as the majority shareholder and managing member.

BNR Engineering has provided Project and Construction Management services as well as Professional Architectural, Engineering and Planning to private clients and local government agencies since its founding in 2005. BNR has the experience to deliver projects on time and on budget. Our professional staff can provide all services from Real Estate planning and project concept development, using our professional licensed staff, to final Construction and delivery of the project. You can rely on our expertise and vast knowledge and experience in all types of Construction projects. Our staff is also capable of obtaining all permits Environmental permits from Federal, State and local government such as zoning and planning board approvals. Our goal is to make your project a success and a reality. We have accomplished this by listening to the needs and goals of our clients and then providing them the knowledge and support of our professional services to guide them and thorough all phases of the project to final approval and delivery.
Firm Licensing
BNR Engineering is a certified and licensed firm and its staff are licensed 12 States and have considerable experience developing projects at the international level. Members of BNR are eligible to appear before all state and federal courts in New Jersey as well as any other federal, state, county or local agencies as may be required to provide professional testimony.

Experience of Project/Construction Managers
At BNR Construction we carefully assess the needs of our clients and the project details before assigning a Project Manager to manage and lead the project to its successful completion. This marriage of Project Manager and client is of upmost importance to us, because we know that our clients demand satisfaction and success. Therefore, our Project Manager will be the most experience person in our staff with the capabilities of meeting the project goals.We also take the time to have the clients meet with and interview our Project Mangers so that we have a meeting of the minds. This is essential for project success and for our clients to develop confidence in the person and team assigned to deliver their project successfully.
