History and Inception
In 2014 the two principal BNR shareholders, Jeron Rogers, P.E., and Nacer Boutemine, P.E., began a four-year assignment with the government of the Western Region of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a team, over the next four years, Nacer and Jeron managed over 3.2 Billion Dollars in public infrastructure projects devoted to regional development. The heavy civil project series included miles of roadway and related bridge structures, port facilities improvements, buildings, and utilities.
BNR Engineers have performed the inspection of HVAC components/lighting/building envelop at the buildings shown below. They have also conducted road/highway infrastructure construction inspection/management.
